Buccaneer Benefits Summary
The following is a summary of the company benefit program. If
you have any questions concerning the benefits for which you are eligible, please
feel free to contact the Human Resources Coordinator (540-347-7400 x124).
Benefits are effective January 2010, and are subject to change.
- Buccaneer sponsored 401K Retirement Savings Account through Fidelity (eligible after 3 months of employment and must work at least 1000 hours per year).
- Health Insurance Plan through United Healthcare (eligible the first day of employment and must work at least 32 hours per week). Currently 100% of premium for employee and all family members paid by Buccaneer.
- Dental Insurance Plan through Delta Dental (eligible the first day of employment and must work at least 32 hours per week). Currently 100% of premium for employee and all family members paid by Buccaneer.
- Life Insurance Plan and Accidental Death & Dismemberment equal to one times your annual salary (minimum $50,000) through Lincoln National Life Insurance (eligible the first day of employment and must work at least 32 hours per week). Currently 100% of premium paid by Buccaneer. Supplemental life insurance may be purchased for employee and dependents.
- Voluntary Short Term & Long Term Disability group insurance offered through Lincoln National Insurance (eligible the first day of employment and must work at least 32 hours per week). Premium paid by employee.
- Voluntary Vision Care Plan offered through Avesis (eligible the first day of employment and must work at least 32 hours per week). Premium paid by employee.
- Voluntary Flexible Spending Account (eligible the first day of employment and must work at least 32 hours per week).
- Tuition Reimbursement Plan and company subsidized Professional Memberships (according to policy).
- Annual Leave: (prorated for part-time employees).
- 4 hours annual leave per pay period (12 days annually)
- 2 hours sick leave per pay period (6 days annually)
