Buccaneer Benefits Summary
The following is a summary of the company benefit program. If
you have any questions concerning the benefits for which you are eligible, please
feel free to contact our Human Resources Coordinator.
Benefits are effective 1/1/2009 and are subject to change.
- Buccaneer sponsored 401K Retirement Savings Account through Fidelity (eligible after 3 months of employment and must work at least 1000 hours per year).
- Health Insurance Plan through United Healthcare (eligible the first day of employment and must work at least 32 hours per week). Currently 100% of premium for employee and all family members paid by Buccaneer.
- Dental Insurance Plan through Delta Dental (eligible the first day of employment and must work at least 32 hours per week). Currently 100% of premium for employee and all family members paid by Buccaneer.
- $50,000 Life Insurance Plan and additional $50,000 Accidental Death & Dismemberment through Lincoln National Life Insurance (eligible the first day of employment and must work at least 32 hours per week). Currently 100% of premium paid by Buccaneer.
- Voluntary Short Term & Long Term Disability group insurance offered through Lincoln National Insurance (eligible the first day of employment and must work at least 32 hours per week.) Premium paid by employee.
- Tuition Reimbursement Plan (according to company educational policy).
- Company subsidized Professional Memberships (according to approved list of professional organizations).
- Annual Leave: (prorated for part-time employees).
- 4 hours annual leave per pay period (12 days annually)
- 2 hours sick leave per pay period (6 days annually)
- Bereavement: (prorated basis for part-time employees)
- Holidays: 10 set government holidays
