Warrenton, VA - Warrenton-based Buccaneer Computer Systems & Service, Inc. (BCSSI) has been chosen to develop the Range Management Software Tool (R-MAST) for the United States Air Force (USAF). BCSSI will execute this task as a subcontractor to Whitney, Bradley, & Brown, Inc. (WB&B), which is headquartered in Vienna, Virginia.

R-MAST will enable USAF range managers to more effectively manage their assets and meet their reporting responsibilities and other documentation, in a standardized manner. Additionally, a software-based range management tool will efficiently collect and catalog data in a manner which supports the development of a Comprehensive Range Plan; aids with analysis of the ten range investment areas; and, will provide USAF decision-makers timely access to accurate data, enabling more effective decision making and range community investments.
