Buccaneer’s latest key senior management hire is Marianne Bowen.  Marianne will assume the position of Vice President and Manager overseeing Buccaneer’s Enterprise System Development (ESD) Business Unit.  Marianne will be reporting to me (Gary) and will be working out of the Owings Mills office, where, as part of her ESD lead role, will oversee all office matters.  She will be joining the Buccaneer crew, effective Monday, March 8, 2010.   She is replacing Dennis Stricker who will be focusing on his new role as Chief Strategy Officer leading all Buccaneer business development efforts.

Marianne comes to us from The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) where she rose through the ranks and most recently served as a Senior IT Specialist for Policy and Planning.

I am thrilled, and I believe it says a lot about our company, that Marianne chose Buccaneer over all the other companies that were competing for her services.  Having known Marianne for quite some time now, and, even before I met her, having heard of her reputation as an employee friendly manager that produces quality products and services, let me assure you that I’m truly excited to have her join our Pirate crew!  She’ll fit in exceptionally well.
