Buccaneer's System Engineering Integration Business Unit Takes Charge of the FDA’s Network Operations Center
When the digital clocks hummed midnight on March 24th, SEI officially took charge of the FDA’s Network Operations Center (NOC) located within the White Oak Data Center (WODC), Silver Spring, MD. This is the first milestone towards our mission of managing all WODC operations and maintenance (O&M) activities as tasked under the Agency’s ICT21 contract. Total data center O&M management will be achieved upon the successful porting of select FDA applications onto the WODC hardware platforms that are currently installed and running. This application migration should be completed this July.
