Warrenton, VA - CMS expanded the scope of support services provided by Buccaneer during the first option year of Buccaneer’s Healthcare Quality Information System (HCQIS) Phase 2 Infrastructure Support services contract.  The work expansion includes additional production control activities as well as new support work in support of the Physicians Quality Reporting Initiative (PQRI).  Buccaneer will assume all production support and production control responsibility for the Consolidated Renal Operations in a Web-Enabled Network Web (CROWNWeb) system as well as legacy End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) applications.  On the PQRI front, Buccaneer will provide End-User Service (EUS) services for the current PQRI program as well as help desk and registration support to the PQRI Electronic Health Record (HER) initiative.  The new work is expected to add additional staff in both the Warrenton, VA and West Des Moines, IA
